1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the jid baji platform and its users. By accessing jid baji's website, app, or any of its services, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms.

Jid baji is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. All operations are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulatory guidelines. While these terms are provided in Bengali, the English version shall be the definitive legal reference.

2 Account Registration

Opening an account on jid baji is completely free. However, you will need to provide accurate and up-to-date information to complete registration. Registering with false or incorrect information is a direct violation of jid baji's policies and may result in account termination.

Information required for registration:

• Your full legal name (as it appears on your national ID or passport)
• A valid and active email address
• An active mobile number (Bangladesh)
• Date of Birth (for age verification)
• Preferred currency (BDT)

Each person may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. jid baji may request additional identity documents at any time to verify an account.

As part of the account verification process, jid baji may request a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence, along with proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement. These documents form part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) policy.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and play on jid baji. We strictly prevent underage gaming and make no exceptions on this matter.

• Age requirement: 18 years or older
• You must not reside in any country or territory where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You must play on your own behalf and of your own free will, not on behalf of any third party.
• Jid baji employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to place bets on the platform.

Jid baji may request identity documents at any time for age verification purposes. Failure to submit the required documents will result in a temporary account suspension. Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's device usage.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits on jid baji can be made via Bangladesh's leading mobile banking services, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit: BDT 200
• Maximum single deposit: BDT 50,000 (may vary by method)
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until bonus wagering requirements have been met
• Jid baji may take up to an additional 72 hours to verify any withdrawal request.

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jid baji is not responsible for any losses due to currency conversion. jid baji is not directly liable for delays caused by technical issues on the part of banking or payment providers.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Jid baji offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus carries its own terms, which are clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.

General Bonus Terms:

• Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x)
• Withdrawals are not allowed while a bonus is active
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• The welcome bonus applies to first-time deposits only.
• Bonus validity is generally 7–30 days

Bonus funds and real funds are tracked separately. Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after wagering is complete. Separate terms apply to referral bonuses, free spins, and cashback bonuses.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games on jid baji are operated with fairness and transparency. The Random Number Generator (RNG) used on our platform is regularly audited by independent third parties, ensuring every outcome is entirely random and unbiased.

• Each game has its own rules, which should be read before starting to play
• If a round is interrupted due to a technical error, it will be considered void and the wager will be refunded
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final
• Bets cannot be cancelled in Sports Betting once a match has started

If you encounter a technical issue in any game, notify the support team immediately. jid baji reserves the right to void any irregular winnings resulting from a technical error.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to protect the integrity of the jid baji platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or exploit the system
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any other technical exploits
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Deliberately providing false information
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third-party payment method

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Closure

• Suspicious or Fraudulent Activity
• Suspicion of money laundering

11 Limitation of Liability

Jid baji strives to provide uninterrupted service, but we are not liable for the following:

• For games interrupted due to loss of internet connection
• For delays or failures caused by third-party payment services
• For technical issues arising from your own device
• For service interruptions caused by unscheduled technical maintenance
• For any loss arising from sharing your account credentials with another person

Jid baji's total liability shall in no case exceed the value of the transaction in question.
